Canada Welcomes Israel’s Decision to Ease Restrictions on Gaza
The Honourable Lawrence Cannon, Minister of Foreign Affairs, today issued the following statement regarding the Government of Israel’s announcement on restrictions on Gaza:
“Canada welcomes the decision of the Government of Israel to ease restrictions on transfers of supplies into Gaza. This should increase the amount of humanitarian aid reaching the affected population of Gaza.
