Young Professionals and Politicians Come Together for ACTION
On Thursday, April 23, CJPAC hosted our third annual ACTION Party in Toronto. The event brought together more than 650 young professionals and dozens of politicians from across the political spectrum and all levels of government to celebrate political engagement and support Israel. Taking place this year at Andrew Richard Designs, the space was decorated to welcome spring with luxurious lounge areas made up of high end patio furniture, greenery and birds of paradise. Guests stayed into the late hours of the night dancing, listening to live jazz music and sipping on politically-named cocktails as they schmoozed.
“ACTION encourages our peers to get involved politically so they can make an impact on issues of concern for the community, including the welfare of Israel,” said Jessica Fenton, one of four co-chairs of the ACTION party. The other three co-chairs for the event were Jonathan Goldman, Hartley Lefton, and Lauren Levy.
Special guests in attendance included:
Consul General Amir Gissin
