Get Ready For ACTION in Toronto and Montreal – UPDATED

This year’s annual ACTION parties will be held in Toronto on Thursday, March 11, 2010 and in Montreal on Thursday, May 6, 2010. ACTION is an event that encourages young professionals to become politically active by giving them the opportunity to meet and mingle with politicians from across the country. These fun and chic evenings include live entertainment, open bar, delicious hors d’oeuvres and desserts.
Chairing the fourth annual ACTION Party in Toronto are Emily Burnett, Leah Carr, Noah Godfrey and Jay Klein. The Chairs have helped form an exceptional host committee who are very excited and enthusiastic about being involved. The committee met on December 7th to discuss plans for making the party another great success.
CJPAC has also confirmed two event Co-Chairs for Montreal’s second ACTION Party: Avi Krispine from Montreal and Howard Fremeth from Ottawa. To ensure that young professionals of the Ottawa community can join for the fun evening, CJPAC will arrange transportation between Ottawa and Montreal.
The 2009 ACTION parties brought together over 1000 young professionals from the Jewish community with 50 politicians.
